My journey
as a Holistic Therapist
After building a successful career and helping people realize their real estate dreams in the United States, I felt a deep need for change.
However, I wanted to continue my path of helping relationships in alignment with my beliefs and my philosophy of life.
Once again, I decided to resume studies to develop my knowledge in naturopathy at CENATHO (European College of Holistic Naturopathy) from which I graduated. I am also a member of Féna (French Naturopathy Federation). As I progressed in my studies I realized that this was only the very beginning of my adventure.
I wanted to deepen my knowledge in several areas. I first completed certified training in plantar reflexology, then Daniel Henry's training in Cupping Medicine©, and Philippe Andrianne's sylvotherapy training. I decided once again to return to school to follow the certified sophrology practitioner course. I have also been practicing Kundalini yoga for over 15 years.
Drawing on these experiences and my new knowledge, I decided to create a therapeutic well-being space within my office. I am passionate about natural health, well-being and support.
Equipped with attentive listening, creativity and great communication skills, I have been able to manage and resolve complex problems throughout my career. The qualities innate and acquired during my life path make me your ideal well-being partner, whether in an individual helping relationship, in a group or in a company.
My expertise will support you in stress management, handling emotions, sleep and all everyday ailments.
